  • 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 500g lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place pepper halves in a baking dish.
  2. 2In a pan, cook onion until softened, then add ground turkey and cook until browned.
