Hi, I'm Alex Carter

I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over a decade of experience helping people lose weight, build muscle, and create healthier lifestyles — without giving up the foods and routines they enjoy.

My own journey started with frustration over confusing, contradictory fitness advice. That experience pushed me to dig into the science of training and nutrition, get certified, and build a coaching approach that's simple, sustainable, and actually works.

Today, I coach busy professionals, beginners, and experienced lifters both online and in-person — combining personalized programming with real accountability to help clients reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
