  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or 1 tsp butter

Preparation Steps

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  2. 2In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
