- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or 1 tsp butter
Preparation Steps
- 1In a bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
- 2In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
- 3Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
